Scanwolf Flooring Industries Sdn. Bhd.(SFI), is a local flooring product manufacturer based in Tronoh, Perak, Malaysia. The company is a subsidiary of Scanwolf Plastic Industries Sdn Bhd (SPI), an established and renowned manufacturer of edge banding and other PVC furniture fittings and profiles. SPI is a fully owned subsidiary of Scanwolf Corporation Berhad (SCB), a public-listed company on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad since 2007 (code number 7239, code name SCANWOLF), and is currently the only flooring material supplier in Malaysia with an annual capacity of up to 1.6 million square metres. The company markets its products both locally and internationally.
SFI was established for the purpose of expanding the product range of the group to meet the growing demands for alternative interior furnishings including an innovative flooring product range for commercial and residential uses.
In line with the company’s commitment towards concurrently protecting the environment and being able to deliver high quality flooring products, SFI have adopted the latest state-of-the-art engineering and technology to produce eco-friendly and durable premium vinyl flooring materials that are suitable for both residential and commercial uses. The flooring materials come with a 5-year warranty on manufacturing defects to assure the quality of our flooring products for our customers.

OUR MILESTONES
Extrusion Designer Manufacturer
With more than 25 years of experience since our inception in 1995, Scanwolf’s plastic division has grown to become one of the largest and leading plastics extrusion manufacturer within Malaysia. Committed to research and development, quality control is infused as core drivers of the plastic division that has enabled Scanwolf to be a successful listed company in 2007. The plastics division currently operates two factories in Malaysia with up to 7,200 tonnes output per annum. With an export market of 20 countries and over 300 local Malaysia customers, Scanwolf is serving SME, MNC and listed customers within key industries including furniture, stationery and building materials.
SINCE 1995
Diversification into Property Developer
In 2013, Scanwolf entered the property industry with a landed residential project that is gated and guarded in bid to enhance the shareholder value.

Venturing into Flooring Products
Scanwolf’s interest grew in the building material sector and ventured into manufacturing of flooring products in 2017. Scanwolf leveraged on the automation process to improve operational efficiency by setting up its first flooring manufacturing factory in Perak, Malaysia and also the only kind of manufacturing factory in Malaysia with an annual capacity of 1.6 million square metres .

Scanwolf aims to take this new industry with a mission to produce high quality films and sheets for packaging and specialty applications that are tailored and cost effective to meet the market demands. With a commitment to safety and a supplier of plastic packaging for the food and pharmaceutical industries, Scanwolf strives to ensure that the safety of the product and the end consumer is well-protected.
